General Shipping Information

- Regal ships in-stock orders received Monday through Friday before 2 pm (PST), within three to five business days with USPS delivery.
- Regal does not offer expedited Saturday delivery.
- Regal is currently only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.
- Free shipping - Any orders over $100 will come with free shipping within the United States (Alaska, Hawaii).

Online Order Status Messages provides the ability to check the status of your order. To check the status of your order, log into My Account. In your user dashboard, you will find shipment status information as follows:

- In Process – indicates that your order has been accepted and is in the process of being fulfilled.
- Shipped – indicates that your order has been shipped and is on the way.
- Complete – indicates that your order has been received. The tracking numbers and shipping information will be provided with the shipment confirmation email to the client once the purchase is processed and shipped.
- Cancelled – indicated that you have called and requested that your order be cancelled. Orders can only cancelled if you have not been shipped.

Note: Once a product has been engraved or embossed, it cannot be cancelled.



We suggest you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. Please be sure to include your name, return address, a daytime telephone number, email address and a brief description of the problem you are having.

- Please do not send your pen in its original gift box but wrap it safely in bubble wrap.
- Please keep the tracking # in your records so that you can check that we have received your package.
