How long will it take to process my order?

The lead-time for processing an online order is one day. It takes an additional 3-5 business days from shipment (7-10 days for Alaska and Hawaii) for the USPS standard ground delivery. It takes 3 business days for Express Saver and your package will arrive the next business day for Next Day service.

How can I track my order?

You can track the shipment of your order at any time by logging into your account and viewing the details of your current order. Our operator will send your tracking number when your payment is confirmed and ship to you. We provide 4 tips to track your product on the Shipping & Return page.

Can I place an order by telephone?

Yes, please call us at 971-279-5065 and we would be happy to assist you with placing an order between 9:00 am – 6 pm Monday – Friday (PST).

What payment options are available?

We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. In addition, we do accept international credit cards. All of our credit card transactions are verified through the leading online credit card processor-

Will I be charged sales tax?

Regal Pens is based on Oregon State that is not required customers to pay sales tax, so we will not charge sales tax on Regal Online Shop. For destinations outside the U.S., shipping costs do not include customs, duty or VAT charges if applicable.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and phone number), your order may be delayed.

How can I place an order for items that are out of stock/ currently unavailable?

In this case, we do not track the stock level for all of our items online. We aim to replenish our stock every month. Please check back next week when we hope to have your item back in stock or Contact Us. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I ship my order to an international location?

We are currently only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the Untied States. In case you live outside the United States, you can contact us to make arrangements.


What shipping options are available?

Regal provides USPS delivery service. We also provide FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver and FedEx Next Day.
P.S Express Saver and Next Day may not be available for some zip codes.


What do I do if I want to return or exchange my purchase?

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of ordering online. Please Contact Us directly so we may assist you.


How long does it take for me to receive a refund?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach us. Once your product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

How do I do if I would like to return a gift that was sent to me?

Does Regal sell any kind of spare parts such as nibs, caps, and barrels?

We do not sell spare parts apart from front ends. All our fountain pens models are available in fine and medium nibs, and all pens are complete when you purchase.

Does Regal carry refills for all of your pens?

Yes, Refills are available on the website for all current models.


Where is the fountain pen ink cartridge? How do I install the fountain ink cartridge?
